LEAF is made up of people from all walks of life who form the membership base of our branches and affiliate organization. When individuals become involved with LEAF, they can also become a Member or Friend of the organizaton. Membership is a great way to ensure that women’s equality rights are protected under the law. Through the branch or the national office LEAF Members and Friends provide a voice in their community and nationally for women's equality. LEAF is able to provide education programs, advocacy events and monitor litigation across the country because of our branches and individuals like you. We hope that you will join a branch today or become a member of LEAF. Help us make a difference for girls and women in Canada. Note: LEAF's branch membership sites and your online registration will link you to an open social networking site that will allow you to post your stories, photos or events that might be of interest to others. You can create your own LEAF page that will be viewable by the public. Our hope is that people will connect on the very important issue of gender equality. If you would like to become a member but wish to remain anonymous, please contact your LEAF branch and arrange for membership offline. You will still recieve emails and notices, but will not have a personal page on the website.
