This publication was created as part of LEAF’s Feminist Strategic Litigation (FSL) Project. The FSL Project examines the use and impact of feminist strategic litigation to help LEAF, feminists, and gender equality advocates more effectively combat systemic discrimination and oppression.
This report looks at what exactly we mean when we say “feminist strategic litigation”. It also examines how we assess the effectiveness of feminist strategic litigation. It reflects the results of a yearlong research and consultation process carried out by FSL Project Director Kaitlin Owens.
