This year’s event will feature Deborah Gillis – President and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst, the leading research and advisory organization working to change workplaces and improve lives by advancing women into business leadership. Ms. Gillis is the first Canadian to hold this position and she is responsible for numerous successful initiatives geared towards improving women’s advancement to leadership in corporate Canada.
Suhana Meharchand, Host of CBC News Now and a long-time community supporter will host the event.
Once again, LEAF will partner with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN) and Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) to host 100 female students for the breakfast and a day of workshops and seminars with legal groups and women in the legal profession.
